What to expect after ordering:

Order Placed

You’ll receive a confirmation email with care instructions, a pdf invoice receipt for your records, and exact details on the items you ordered.

Cut & Sew

All preorder items currently have a 2-3 week turnaround. This time allows me to personally cut & sew each item ordered!

For RTS items, you’re in luck – those items are already made and skip this step!

Pack & Ship

Once your item is made, I’ll personally inspect each and every seam before sealing your order in a clear bag for protection during transit. Your order is securely packed in a box, then labeled with USPS priority mail postage.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct link to track your package too!

On The Way!

USPS generally updates with an expected delivery date about 24-48 hours after your order has shipped. Typical transit time for shipping in the US is 2-5 business days.

Once your order is in your hands, you’ll likely wanna do the try-on dance we all do when we get a new client closet piece in 😆 I hope you love it!
